What People Say ....

"A San Francisco original, wickedly witty, reverent, and irreverent, Trannymals demand to be seen to be understood. Vade's vision throws the covers off tranny gentials and shows 'em all dressed up and ready to educate. His worthy goal is to create 'a world in which we support, cherish, and celebrate all bodies, one trannymal postcard at a time.

Here's a tip not just for this week, but for all year round. Love your genitals and they'll love you right back. This week's tip is inspired by Trannymals, the cutest critters I've seen in a long time.

They make my heart sing. Every last one of those darling creatures. Precious and dear and fierce activists all. If only the Trannymals ruled the world!

Whoa!! I sure learned a thing or two.

There's room for all of us in the world. I hope that parents of children who express gender variance take heed to our message. The key is to love us and to see us as who we present before you. I am proud to be part of history in the making - I see Trannymal stuffed animals in our future. Rock on dudes!

The journey of making this movie was profound for me and my experience as a black man who is transgender. So many of us trans folks quietly muddle through so much of our lives because we either don't make or don't find a way to talk about all the mind blowing changes that happen to us as we seek out our truth - or the injustices that happen to us because of our truth. "Trannymals Go To Court" was a liberating experience for me because I was able, for the first time outside of my partner, normalize my testosterone enhanced clit. I was justly empowered as well by the opportunity to put out in the world a very poignant piece of work that has the potential to change the dialogue not just in my community but in the whole world. Accessorizing my genitals to make people hear my own voice is brilliant. My genitals say that my genitals should only count for me and should not be a topic of discussion when determining how I live, move and have my being in the world. This is powerful. It frees the world. I am who I am-and you don't get to have a vote when it comes to me living my life. It screams "We are the Revolution," a StarTrek episode here today on the cutting edge of tomorrow, liberating our world now and YES for the future ... because others were here, are here and are coming! It calls folks to the table in a friendly, funny, colorful, and eloquent voice that entreats them to listen. Thanks to Abe and Dylan for they mingle with the Divine. With fear and much trembling it was an experience that helped elevate me to one of my high places and for that I am glad!

I just feel so lucky to be a part of this visionary and playfully subversive
movie. Thanks for welcoming my genitals into your diversely-genitaled world. XX
